 Today hubby called about the counter tops and they said they were done! He called me about lunch time and asked if I would go pick them up. (Fort Payne is a little over an hour away).

 I went by the marina, picked the truck up (on empty of course) and headed to Fort Payne. I stopped to get gas and then once I was in Fort Payne, I stopped at Krystal and grabbed lunch.

 I got to Dixie Salvage……………………….. oh no! They are closed! They close at noon on Saturday.

 I got to the marina and drop off the truck and then go to the State Park to take some photos for an hour until hubby gets off work.

 I meet him at the marina (and I am BEAT from the week of renovating and getting up early). It starts raining and we head to the house. The rain is coming down so hard I have to slow down to 50 in a 65 so I don’t hydroplane. Hubby calls and says let’s just head back to his moms since we can’t cut any tile in the rain. THANK GOODNESS! We head back to the house and try to get some rest.

 Tomorrow is Sunday and Dixie Salvage is not open. I will go to Dixie Salvage on Monday and tomorrow we will finish the tile. J
